Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order:

  • Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Remote Locations: For locations that are considerably remote or difficult to reach, delivery may take between 9-14 working days.
  • Unserviceable Locations: If your address is in an unserviceable location, you will be notified about the same.

Delivery may face logistical disruptions due to special circumstances such as the pandemic, G20 summit, etc.

Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Sunday), excluding public holidays.

Delivery Terms:

  • Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, security guard, or neighbor. However, Bakehaven Confectionaries LLP takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Bakehaven Confectionaries LLP is not responsible for damage after delivery.
