Return & Exchange Policy

Bakehaven Confectionaries LLP accepts returns and exchanges under the following scenarios:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

If the item received is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at bakehavensales@gmail.com or call +91 91525 25297 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  1. If the item received is mismatched (wrong color or size), we will refund or replace it based on stock availability.
  2. If items are damaged in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement (if the item is in stock). Decisions will be based on the pictures sent by the customer. Our team’s decision in this matter will be final.
  3. Requests made after 7 days of receiving the order will not be entertained.
  4. If the customer cancels/rejects a shipped order (prepaid orders), the shipping fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  5. For locations without COD availability, customers must pay online before dispatch.
  6. If the contact information is incomplete or the customer does not respond to confirmation calls, the order will be placed on hold.
  7. We do not accept returns or refunds for plants. They are packed with the utmost care, and any transit damages are at the customer’s risk.
  8. Bakehaven is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies during unavoidable situations. However, our support team will assist in resolving issues.
  9. Bakehaven is not responsible if customers overpay the delivery person without checking the COD amount on the bill.
  10. The courier company makes three delivery attempts. If the customer fails to receive the order, it will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, the shipping charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.
  11. If the customer is unavailable to receive the item (e.g., out of town), the shipping charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded for prepaid orders.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 days.
